Parish 50th Anniversary
1958 - 2008
Our church celebrated its 50-year anniversary on October 5, 2008 after following the joyful tradition of celebrating this great Jubilee for a whole year, beginning with the Parish Picnic in September, 2007.
Building a church does not end after the walls and roof are finished, as our first parishioners can tell you. The history of St. Bartholomew's Church is made up of all the prayers and all the friendship, all of the suffering and all of the charity of the people who have passed through our doors, and are still to come.
Our new song, "All are Welcome", speaks about the constant building of church, every week and every year, as we live out the message of Christ given to us through His own church.
